President & Founder
Vascular Education Foundation President and Founder is Eugene Tanquilut, DO.
Dr. Tanquilut is deeply committed to educating patients and other health care providers about vascular disease and health issues, evidence-based treatment options and disease prevention to preserve the best quality of life possible. He formed Vascular Education Foundation with the goal of both preserving the health of the community and facilitating ongoing learning among medical colleagues.
Dr. Tanquilut is a board certified, fellowship-trained vascular and endovascular surgeon. He is President of Vascular Specialists, LLC in Tinley Park, Illinois.
Foundation Coordinator
Cecelia has a Bachelor of Arts from DePaul University of Chicago. She has an extensive background in event planning and management.
As a life-long resident of the Beverly neighborhood in Chicago, Cecelia cares deeply about health care availability, information and accessibility for our community. “Through my work with the Foundation, I play a part in getting high quality screenings and prevention information to the community, and in getting the latest treatment and technology information to Chicagoland physicians.”
