Our Mission
Vascular Education Foundation was created to raise awareness of the life-changing impact of vascular disease, offer free healthcare screenings and educate the community and healthcare professionals about the latest evidence-based prevention techniques, therapies, procedures and treatment innovations.
The vascular system – your veins, arteries, and capillaries – delivers oxygen-rich blood and nutrients to every part of your body, from your brain to your toes, and takes away waste. The health of your skin, your muscles, your bones, your heart and lungs, your kidneys and stomach – everything in your body – depends upon a healthy, clear and flexible vascular system.
At Vascular Education Foundation, our goal is to make sure that the importance of the vascular system is understood, that there is a clear understanding of issues that can compromise vascular health, that prevention methods are communicated, understood and implemented, that these diseases and conditions are recognized quickly and accurately, and that the latest evidence-based treatments are promptly put into action.
Vascular Education Foundation works to increase awareness of how vascular disease will cause severe decline in quality of life, offer free healthcare screenings and to educate healthcare professionals and the community about vascular disease prevention, the latest disease management theories, and treatment options and procedures.
Our Goal
At Vascular Education Foundation, our goal is to ensure the importance of the vascular system in overall health is understood by both the medical community and the general public. Through our outreach events, we work to increase awareness of how vascular disease will cause a severe decline in the quality of life, and to educate healthcare professionals and the community about vascular disease prevention, the latest disease management theories, and the latest evidence-based treatment options and procedures.
